The specialist also manages subordinate staff, has knowledge of business, economics, and accounting regulations, and is familiar with environmental requirements for sawmills and woodworking equipment. They ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, the use of personal protective equipment, and legal principles. Additionally, they participate in the development of business plans and budgets, conduct economic analyses, and contribute to improving the woodworking industry's sustainability and efficiency.
